Hi,

I have recently bought vip for one month through allopass but I didn't receive any code after the payment was done, the only code I received was the one that I used to confirm the payment with mobile pay and received a message saying "Allopass: effettuato un acquisto per un valore di 1,99 euro i.i Per info chiama: 02-94436309 Translated from Italian it means you have effectuated a purchase for the value of XX etc..
Since I had no clue how I was supposed to get the code I called the assistence but the call stopped after a few seconds and nothing happened so after that I went back to the payment section under the allopass voice saying "client service: contact us" did everything correctly and digited the only code I had and it said "The entered reference code is invalid"

Am I missing something ?:confused:

i found your allopass with your IP adress so it's ok you're vip now !
