Your server setup is good but only with more people on the server
I think you should edit the prop plugin players lose interest in playing when one cannot kill a person.
my suggestion is to lower the HP on all barricades in half and set it to be easier to push waschigmaschine prop

and headshot damage slow / knockback its op
actually slowing down the zombies is too big overall
positions where you can only get with a parachute are unplayable for zombies

Zombies have 6k HP, I boosted to 8k, and 12k for motherzombies
