I cannot join the server using VPN

I keep getting kicked for using vpn, can i get whitelisted ?

Reasons of using vpn : my isp giving me high packet loss and high ping connecting to many servers, using vpn helps stabilize my ping and give me good expereince

I understand your security side to block vpn and prevent ban evaders but as far as i can remember this server didn't have this before, there is a lot of players who prefer to play games using vpn for privacy and there is those who can't even play on the server without vpn due to the isp blocking the server IP or to get lower ping, also another good advantage of playing with vpn is to prevent malicious attacks such as ddos and ip leakage which i expect the server admins are aware of and its good reason for them and the players to use vpn as well

I'm old player in this community playing since 2016 and i have nothing to hide on my profile in case you are worried about identity

I can understand your position to prevent any lags/bufferings on our server due to your location, especially if you have nothing to hide from us (cheat, previous bans..) and you seems to prove it very clearly.
The issue that I have with your statement is that you're assuming you're on the serv since 2016 but on your HLStats page you only have 1d as a total. Do you have previous accounts? Why did you change it?
I let the others members of the staff know your position, we'll discuss about it and try to find a solution. If not, I'll have to say to disable your VPN in order to continue to play on our servers.

my forum account is created in 2016 and been playing mostly on the zombie mod server, i have this account only and my aliases shows that its from 2017

i have 1d and 15 hours of playtime because i don't play on this server on daily basis and for too long, i'm not much fan of public only dust2 map

I think this is enough to prove my credibility, if there is any old players or admins from zm they might recognize my old aliases
