Your server setup is good but only with more people on the server
I think you should edit the prop plugin players lose interest in playing when one cannot kill a person.
my suggestion is to lower the HP on all barricades in half and set it to be easier to push waschigmaschine prop

actually slowing down the zombies is too big overall
positions where you can only get with a parachute are unplayable for zombies
